In the event of late arrival, guests must notify Il Tufo delle Tre Querce by calling

Services included
Water, electricity, gas, linens, final cleaning upon departure, parking, use of the swimming pool and taxes (VAT 10%).

Services not included
- Heating (Euro 3,8 per mc) - from 01 november to 30 april (if used);
* to amount consumed: for all the apts.
- Additional cleaning (available upon request at 12 Euro per person);
- Cribs for infants (0-3 years) at 8 Euro per day;
- Extra bed at 12 Euro per day;
- Pets at 5 Euro per day.

General Conditions
Reservations made less that 42 days prior to the arrival date are to be paid in full upon confirmation of the reservation.
Reservations must be made in writing using the online reservation form or via fax.
Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a voucher will be issued. This voucher must be printed and presented to reception at Il Tufo delle Tre Querce. Should the voucher not be presented, Il Tufo delle Tre Querce reserves the right to vary the prices and conditions stated in the voucher. Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be communicated to Il Tufo delle Tre Querce. Cancellations and modifications are to be made using the same form, found on this web site, that you used to make the reservation. Modification or cancellation requests will only be considered valid if made using this method. We will notify you of all actions regarding your reservation via e-mail or alternatively via fax.

Occupancy
Only the persons and/or pets listed on the reservation form and acknowledged by Il Tufo delle Tre Querce are permitted to soggiorn on the property. Guests are obliged to inform the management of any pets they intend to bring along with the number of and size of said animals. Guests are obliged to watch and clean up after their pets, particularly in the property’s common areas.

Maintenance
The owner and/or members of the staff of Il Tufo delle Tre Querce reserve the right to enter the units for maintenance purposes

Legal jurisdiction
Il Tufo delle Tre Querce lies within the legal jurisdiction of the Province of Siena. Any legal issues regarding reservations or stay at Il Tufo delle Tre Querce are subject to the dictates of Italian law.

The marvellous complex “Il Tufo delle Tre Querce”, recently restructured while keeping the renowned beauty of Tuscan houses, is half way between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano, in the hamlet “Il Giuggiolo”, immersed in wonderful olive groves and vineyards, meadows and cultivated fields.

The residence is divided into five apartments with garden, which offer relaxing stays for families with children who want to immerse themselves in a welcoming and homely atmosphere.

Families with small children are given special attention, and provided with dedicated services.

“Il Tufo delle Tre Querce” is near Il Giuggiolo, halfway between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano, near Siena.

The farm complex is accessible by car.

Coming from Florence:
For those taking the A1 motorway towards Rome, exit at Firenze Certosa, take the Firenze-Siena, direction Siena and exit at Poggibonsi Nord and at the roundabout follow the signs for San Gimginano. After 2 roundabouts, still following signs for San Gimignano, turn right towards Cusona. After about 1 km and a half we arrive at a crossroads: on the left follow the road uphill and the indications for Casaglia. After 2 km dirt road begins. Take the first left fork and follow signs for “Le 3 Tre Querce”.

Coming from Siena:
Once in Siena take the Florence-Siena motorway towards Florence and exit at Poggibonsi Nord and at the roundabout follow the signs for San Gimginano. After 2 roundabouts, still following signs for San Gimignano, turn right towards Cusona. After about 1 km and a half we arrive at a crossroads: on the left follow the road uphill and the indications for Casaglia. After 2 km dirt road begins. Take the first left fork and follow signs for

The nearest airports are Florence and Pisa, the nearest railway station is in Poggibonsi and the bus station more convenient for “Il Tufo delle Tre Querce” is in Poggibonsi.

“Il Fienile” (the barn), “Adriana”, “Il Forno” (the oven), “Le Stalle” (the stables) and “Amerigo”: these are the five lodgings of “Il Tufo delle Tre Querce”.

All the apartments have a separate entrance and are equipped with every modern comfort: satellite TV, independent heating, cooker with four burners, freezer, dishwasher, safe.

Moreover, all the apartments have a private garden with small tables and chairs, to fully enjoy in peace and quiet reading a good book or simply chatting beneath the stars.
