Services included:
Water, electricity, linen and towels, use of laundry, use of barbecue, final cleaning, pool, bowling alley, wireless Internet connection, parking, taxes (VAT 10%).

Services not included:
- Heating (from 01 November to 30 April)
* A consumption (with counter) to the Apartments GRANAIO, SANGIOVETO e FRANTOIO at Euro 4.2./Cubic Meter
* A lump sum in respect of square meters of apartments

- Additional cleaning (available upon request at 18 Euro per person);

Described on old maps of the region as a watchtower, Il Casale di Villore is the ideal residence for lovers of the Tuscan countryside.

Nestling between the rolling hills of the Sienese Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena, the farmhouse complex has been carefully restructured to make it more comfortable, while at the same time keeping its special charm.

The old farmhouse, with “il Frantoio” (the Oil Mill), “il Forno” (the Oven) and “il Granaio” (the Granary), has been converted into six spacious apartments, all fitted out for the utmost comfort; a beautiful swimming pool, hidden among the olive trees, lets you relax and take in breath-taking views of San Gimignano and the Siena countryside.

An excellent starting point for exploring the Classic Chianti, the farmhouse can accommodate couples as well as families and groups of friends. An ideal countryside refuge for demanding guests, which, thanks also to the services that the staff can provide, will immerge you in the rustic lifestyle for a revitalising holiday with not a care in the world.

The "Casale di Villore" is located in Villore, a few miles from Poggibonsi, 50 km from Florence and 35 km from Siena.

Take the Firenze-Siena
Exit Poggibonsi Poggibonsi center and continue north for about 1 km
Take the 429 SS continue for 7.7 km

After an extensive renovation work that lasted a good 10 years, which allowed the magic of the old rustic style Tuscan house to be maintained, Il Casale di Villore can now offer six splendid apartments of varying dimensions, suitable for every requirement, with large living areas for you to socialise in comfort.

Some apartments are connecting, allowing up to 14 people to be accommodated, while “il Granaio” and “il Frantoio” are completely independent.

Tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail, with stone walls, open beam ceilings and satellite TV, the apartments create a welcoming and homely atmosphere, typical of the Tuscan tradition.
