CHECK-IN is on Saturday between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm for all apartments.
CHECK-OUT is on Saturday by10:00 am

0 577989069 or 3389302470 from any fixed or mobile telephone (- International Dialing Help -).

Services included:
Water, electricity, gas, linens, final cleaning upon departure, parking, use of the swimming pool and taxes (VAT 10%).

Services not included:
- Heating (from November 1st to April 30) on consumption as Counter:
    price per MC at Euro 4,5 .
- Additional cleaning (available upon request at 12 Euro per person);
- Cots for infants (0-3 years) at 8 Euro per day;
- Extra bed at 12 Euro per day;
- Pets at 5 Euro per day.

Located in the small medieval town of Talciona, halfway between Florence and Siena, along the old via Francigena, this holiday farm is composed of seven rustic style apartments fitted out with all modern comforts.

With a splendid swimming pool and solarium, as well as a barbecue area for sunset grills, the residence is ideal for a vacation that combines relaxation with a desire for adventure: San Gimignano and Castellina in Chianti are just a few minutes away, while Siena is just 25 km away.

Exploration, nature but also a desire for local flavours: the farm holiday provides the opportunity of attending cooking courses based on the local flavours of the Tuscan tradition, or to participate at oil and wine tasting events.

Thanks also to the numerous services offered, I Melograni del Chianti is the ideal accommodation for families and couples or friends, for all those looking for relaxation and a return to nature.

The farm "I Melograni del Chianti" is located in Talciona, in Poggibonsi, 25 km from Siena and 50 km from Florence.

You can reach the farm by car:

From Florence in 50 minutes:
Motorway A1 exit at Firenze-Certosa
Take the highway Florence-Siena and continue for 35 km
Exit at Poggibonsi
At the roundabout, follow signs for PA 130 of Castagnoli and continue for 2.5 km.
Turn left and continue for 1.4 km Talciona

From Siena in 34 minutes:
Take the Siena-Firenze and exit at Poggibonsi
At the roundabout, follow signs for PA 130 of Castagnoli and continue for 2.5 km.
Turn left and continue for 1.4 km Talciona

The seven apartments of the “I Melograni del Chianti” holiday farm combine the beauty of the Tuscan rural tradition with all modern comforts: obtained from the old structure of the farmhouse, which still maintains the open beams in the ceiling, they are all large and spacious, composed of various rooms and equipped with heating and satellite TV.

Each apartment has an independent entrance and looks out onto the countryside of the Sienese Chianti, providing unique panoramas of olive groves, rolling hills and small medieval towns.
